I had taken a KREATION WARDROBE from HOME ELEGANCE(15-16) 16/5 Main Mathura Road, Opp DPS Faridabad 121002 and their telephone number is 0129-4085727 Firstly the owner of the company came to our house for money and insisted us to pay the money right then. Even the sales girl in the office called regularly for the payment though we already had paid 5000 rs in advance for the wardrobe After all getting the full payment of 41800 rs our wardrobe was delivered to us on Sunday 7th August at 4 pm which they said would be delivered in Friday that is 5 August. Then when we called in the agency at 11 am in the morning we were told that the wardrobe would be installed on 8th August before 5:30 PM. When we called them at 5:30 they said he will come to your house in an hour then when i called again and asked the number of the technician and called the technician i came to know through the technician that our name was not in the list of installation that day. He was called at 6:50 by the agency about the fitting after I had a word with them at 6:45.

Even the sales girl in the company is not picking our call from morning. The number from which i was regularly being called that is 9560044658 stopped picking up my phone today rather cut my call twice. Then i hunted for the number of the agency that is 0129-4085727. And then called them to know the status of my installation. The incharge who picked up the phone misguided me whole day about the timings and the technician said he was not told to do our work today. We are highly disappointed about the service and ruthless behavior of the people working in the agency. Not Only this but now when the technician came to install the wardrobe we found that the all the items where not delivered. We received only one door out of two and that too of the different color than what we ordered. Now when we are asking for the right doors to be delivered to us, the agency says that it would take atleast 7 days more. We now have a wardrobe which has no doors and is incomplete.

I want that all the segments should be sent to us as soon as possible. Or our money should be refunded. We dont want the wardrobe in that case.
