Respected sir, my name is jatin s vaidya and i am from BARODA Gujarat. I have purchased I BALL mobile I180 IMEI NO 911246500252942 ON 04-03-2013. Before two months its key pad not working properly so i went to service centre at ALANKAR TOWER, SAYYJI GUNJ. SIR I HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE STATION PEOPLE. THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE WE ARE BEGGERS.AND BY TAKING YOUR I BALL WE FEEL SO UPSET THAT WHY WE TAKE I BALL? IN FIRST LOOKING HE IGNORE TO TAKE MY PHONE HIS ANSWER WAS IT WAS OPENED BY SOMEBODY ELSE. HE REFUSED TO TAKE. AFTER LONG TIME HE TOOK WAITED FOR HALF AN HOUR THERE. I GOT REPAIRED PHONE BACK AND AGAIN SAME PROBLEM ARISE AND SAME repetation with me about taking my complain. My receipt no is 11805201361466883 dated 10-12-2013. Now from your service centre I am getting worst and threating answer that your display is not working and you have to pay for it. They are doing intensely because I had hot discussion for giving worst service to customer. I know my display is ok and want to check with company that is this my display or not? I told them give me inwriting but they are answering rudly and giving bad words to me. They don’t have sense to talk with customer. Sir, please help me out from this situation.
