Dear Sir, My name is Nancy Jaiswal.I have made an online sopping of Rachna Jewellery Collection from Homeshop18 on 29.09.13.As per therir TV commercial AD this product was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days across India,but when I booked the order I came to know that it will be delivered within 12 working days.But till date my ordered product has not been delivered to me.Also I have been calling to the customer care of Homeshop18 so many times but they are unable to tell me the exact status of the product.Everytime they say that your complaint has been lodged and we will take action on it,but no result is there.Everytime they give me vague answers and no one is able to solve my proble. I request you to help in geeting the product delivered till 19.10.13 and also homeshop18 should give me appropriate compensation for wasting my valuable time in calling agagin and again to their custoer care and also the mental harrasment i have been facing fron last 8-10 days Details of my order are as follows:- Order No.931165491 Date of order:29.09.2013 Complaint No.88144129(on 11.10.2013) and 88436655(on 16.10.2013) Thanks & Regards Nancy Jaiswal Mb:9648017999
