My orders 950508705 for Rs 8525/- & 950508035 for Rs 22945/- have not materialised as yet. I had paid in advance the full amount for these orders through debit card on 05 Aug 2014. These gifts were for my husband on his 47th birthday on 17 Aug 2014. Home shop 18 reps kept on telling us that the orders have shipped etc but the items never reached us. We kept on telling them that orders have not reached through emails and phones but now they have even stopped responding.

Its an emotional damage for me and my family. My kids have suffered the most. We had called guests in our house for the celebrations using the ordered items for a barbeque party. However it was a cause for embarrassment for the family. I have all the proof of debit card payments and various complaints through emails and phone call details. I am unable to attach them here.
