Xperia Z1 – Unsatisfactory response by company

Today is the 55th day since I have submitted my Xperia Z1 for replacement (Job NuW114070504973)and I received a very unsatisfactory response from company management they are asking me to accept:-1)Exchange my handset with a factory refurbished unit. The exchange that they are doing here is a service solution for a failure in my handset in 8th month. 2)Exchange your handset with fresh unit at 17% of maximum retail price (MRP) of XPERIA Z1. This will be a new unit but without accessories and packing. The new unit comes with normal full warranty. 3)Upgrade option by paying the difference in the MRP of your selected model and our offered model, in addition to 17% of MRP of XPERIA Z1.The new unit comes with a normal full warranty. However my concerns to above solutions are:-1)The condition of their so called service solution handset the device was clearly in a very bad condition with hundreds of dirty scratches and 2 big dot holes. This was really a worst unit to accept as a part of exchange. Is this Sony will offer me as an exchange? 2)If something is wrong with Sony product why should I suffer with a bad conditioned and unacceptable refurbished handset? Their company failed to provide me a good condition refurbished handset within stipulated time. Why Sony did not give me a standby handset during this period? Is it not a policy breach ?Even if I will pay for 17% but I have purchased a new standby handset who will compensate for that? 3) Disagree However, I have agreed my mind (forcefully, as I have no other option left) that I can pay an amount of maximum to Rs 2500 for a fresh new unit. I could have paid total amount of Rs 6300 if this offer was made in initial stages and I was given some standby handset .. I had to purchase a handset from market and I have suffered a lot without my standard Z1 phone till date. But Sony management rejected this proposal. Please suggest any email address where I can send a date wise summary -Bhuwan, 7702031023
