Hi, I have ordered a pearls set cost 1899 through phone from Home Shop 18 on Sept 19th 2013. On 21st Sept it has been delivered to me and i have paid the cash on delivery. Since the product delivered to me was of bad quality,i have called the customer care and returned back the product and gt confirmation that i will receive my paid amount through cheque. On October 4th i have received a mail saying that cheque has been dispatched but till now i didnt received my cheque. I have called to customer care for many times regarding this but my issue is not addressed.Sometimes they are nt picking my phone and sometimes saying it has already dispatched and sent but till now i didnt received my money… Please help me to get my money Below mentioned are the details of the Order: Order No:930665091 Product: Deccan Pearls Amount Paid: 1899 Brand name- Home Shop 18

I want my money back which i have paid and still not received from 3 months.I have returned back the product since it was not of good quality.So please help me in getting my money back.. Thanks, Sangeetha
