Hi, I am prithiviraj, Residing at, 68/70 B West Narayan Nagar, Uthangarai Pin – 635207, Ph no. 9600129940, On Dec 4 I got an courier from Chennai through First Flight Couriers serivice, I got a call from one of employees of first flight courier stating that I have received a courier via first flight, and I need to come to my home town (Uthangarai) bus stop to get the courier, or else they cannot deliver the goods and will return to the sender, I like to know If we have send good via First Flight, the concerned members(Receiver) need come to their mentioned address town Bus stop to get the service else the member of first flight will deliver the goods to the address???? And it hadnot mentioned any where in first flight site or some where, regarding this, further to which the pin code which I am living is also with the delivery able zone of first flight, And it is second time I having the same issue with First Flight, Previously we went to Krishnagiri to get the courier, (Travelled nearly 90kms just to get the package that need to be delivered, but that too took nearly ten days for them to deliver the goods) Kindly find the consignment Number Consignee Number – ZC5841346 (Present) Previous Consignee Number – C51183089 Kindly help to sort out the issue Thank you

Proper response from First Flight, and none of the other customer should undergo same treatment as I had, and my consignment need to be delivered to my home address
