I have already raised my issue with TataAig General Insurance multiple time regarding I paid money rs 9910 for renewal of my policy no 0152244288. Renewal is for year 2013-14, I have got the call from their end to get online credit card details to renew my policy, according to their inputs on 30th Nov 2013 I have receivd the payment debit details from my HDFC Credit Card Txn No 072597. But till now I have not recevied my renewed policy. My policy expiring on 17th Dec2013, Tata Aig already taken 7 days to resolve the issue (as per rules I should get policy within 3 days) still its not and again they are saying 7/10 working days to execute it. I am feeling cheated and harrased by TataAig, my request is to raise the matter at the earliest at your end to get fair justice.
