we have entered in the agreement in feb 2009 to open authorised training centre at Amravati as per the investment proposal we have invested the money arounf Rs 25 lacs plus paid the franchisee fees of Rs three lacs only to the cms info systems limited we started the operation immediacy and enrolled the number of students in our institute, but suddenly in the month of sept the company sent us the letter of irregularities of payment of royalties which has to be come from the collection of the fees from the students, we have assured them to clear the dues in time but instead of negotiating or discussion with us they have stopped the online admission and enrolment of students, we have all the valid documents of proof with the current agreement copy which is to valid till the month of feb 2014 we were unable to recover the expenses of the centre by way of making new admissions also were not able to give the online receipt to the students who had already enrolled for the various courses, so we put the total loss of business along with the loss of students career the company even never visit to the centre nor interacted to the students or issues the certificates to them, such type of unprofessional and harsh behaviour of the company made us loss of business and our reputation in the society moreover company never replied our legal notices for settlement or arbitration, we think this is purely cheating with us,

we need to get the compensation of Rs 1 crore from the cms immediately plus mental and physical harassment charges.
