To Concern, I went to take a Sub from the outlet and when i took my bill was surprised to see that i was charged INR 28 approx extra on my bill as a tax,when tried to check with the incharge ,he said they have 4 stores so they are charging ,As far as is know if a brand /company has more revenue the % of VAT (Value Added tax ) increases ,and also no description was given for tax . Its a Outlet where we have self service and takeway.they dont serve us anything . Herewith i request you to look in the matter as i think most of the consumers are being taken granted as they may not know

As i was their to take sub for my client who was waiting for me as we were scheduled for the meeting and due to the incovenience and the time they took to explain the problem.It was late and he left .the approximate loss was around 14000/- which we lost and the client was upset
