We have purchased furniture worth Rs.50649/- includes Topaz King Size Bed, Mattress, Book Case and One Pouf on 09 Jun’13. The showroom management committed Deliver them on or before 21 Jun’13 and delivered the same. After two days they installed book case and outer case of the bed. They mentioned that sheets of inner storage are extra in size and they need to be resized to install. They even mentioned that they don’t have required equipment to resize at the moment and will send someone else to complete the task in 2-3days time. After repeated calls of two months two persons came to finish the polishing the furniture delivered. Till today no one came to complete the resize or install the internal storage sheets of the bed. Kindly, review the case do the needful at the earliest. Till now we might have complained the same thing more than 10 times in last 6 months. Please let me know if you need more details.
