I purchased Water RO System model no.PH-230R from Mothers Homecare for Rs.13750/- vide bill no.3217 from Mothers home care,chennai.45 (whirlpool dealer) on 14/06/2013 (with one year warranty) But the system is not functioning even three months. After my complaint the service person and said I have to pay for Chang the filter since filters are not cover under the warranty, believing their word I have paid Rs.350/- bill no.14716 & Rs.1070/- bill no.15585 respectively. Let them to remove all the old filters kept inside the system and install new filters near ly at the date purchase with no cost. Take appropriate action Mr.Muthukumar, for who initial agreed to replace the filter with free of cost on the basis of my complaint to their head office subsequently gone back his word.
