Hi All, I would like to express my grievance regarding the pathetic services provided by Home town in Hyderabad city. I had purchased a bed as of 10 Aug’13 and it got delivered only as on 28th Aug’13 and we are still waiting for the service guys to turn up and assemble the bed but there is no reponse from the Home town team. the number for the call center is always busy and if by chance we do get connected they try to avoid the service by false promises. I would like to bring this to the notice of other people in this forum because at this point of time we as consumer feel that we have been cheated. Would request for a speedy resolution.
