I get order a mitashi LED TV 21.5 inch from home shop 18 on 29.12.14, order no 961440029 and given full payment in advance by credit card. But after one months my ordered item not received me and home shop 18 says the item is delivered to me. Between one months i will call daily to murchant two three times check my order status but he say only wait some time. On 23.01.15. I call to home shop18 and say please refund my money so he says your item is delivered you. But my order item is not delivered me.

Home shop is irresponsible shopping platform. I want my refund rs 11255/- with compensation of rs 10000/-
