I orderd trancend 1TB external HDD from snapdeal before 8-9 months and after 45-50 days i found some problem in HDD so i called to snapdeal they told me to go to service center of trancend but they dint response me or help me with this because i buy from online with snapdeal and they says snapdeal is not a authorize dealer so i talk with snapdeal and they told me to returen this product to snapdeal so i send this to snapdeal before i send they told me when we received product and quality team checked and after 5-7 days we will refund your amount but after so many times followup in 2 months i am still waiting for refund my amount and now they says please share your account statements if you are not getting refund and even i also ready to share my bank statements with him but i said you send me a email and mention that you want bank statement from me but they didnt send me so now i am tired and request you to please help me on this from now i do not want to bus anything from snapdeal.

i want my money ( refund ) back nothing else .
