I have placed an order for basket ball ring and dart board through Homeshop18.com website on 01/01/2014. Same day i have made the payment through my credit card. Till date i have not recived the shipment. Yestarday I have called their customer care but there is no response. They said that they will arrange for a call back today. There is one Mr deepak who is the senior service exec told me that tracking of the shipment is NOT THEIR JOB.

I want the shipment to be delivered at the earliest. And this concern must reitrate to their employee about the importance of customer service. Order number: 936689005 complaint no: 94909445
