I bought a Enter USB to sound card costing me 225INR from Homeshop18.com . When the product arrives it was not working properly and is not in useable condition. As this product is under one year manufacturing warranty, i requested from homeshop18 to provide me the appropriate service. But they referred me to the Enter customer support contact number, where i was suggested to send the product by courier at my cost to their service center. This extra cost cost is nowhere mentioned while i was buying it from there site and actually is an extra burden on the customer about which i was not mentioned by anyone.
