HomeShop18 – Company’s failure to replace defected item

My Sister has ordered a Swiss Alps Hamper from HomeShop18 worth Rs2000, but the Jacket in the Hamper was defected, when my Sister made a complaint to HomeShop18 regarding defective jacket which was worth Rs 999 (as mentioned on the Label of the Jacket) they assured her about replacement of that jacket and have asked my sister to return all goods accompanying the Jacket.After 15 days when no response came from company my Sister again enquired with them & was told that dey will refund Rs 600 of the Jacket which was worth Rs 999 as mentioned above along with other goods, on this my sister has agreed. But when the company failed to ship the remaining items of the hamper and cheque worth Rs600 within the stipulated time my sister again enquired with them and this time she has demanded full refund of her money, on which they have given her complaint no. (93626487)and taken time for 48hr saying that within 48hr her complaint will be resolved, and every time after the stipulated time my Sister enquires with they ask to wait for 48 hr, due to this her studies are being affected.

I want refund of my entire amount i.e Rs 2000 along with Rs 5000 for the mental trauma and agony that my sister has to face due this fraud and cheating from the company as she has purchased this hamper to gift her brother i.e me from her savings.
