I ordered Mobile ZEN FIREFOX OS PHONE-U105 FIRE from Home shop 18 order dt.09th Nov 2014 Inv dt09-11-2014 order no 957944623 There is defective in the phone is not enable wi-fi and blutooth we tried to enable and then we come to know that there is defective in phone, we contacted them through phone they are dodging by telling to shifting from one phone no to other , but the product is not set right , they are telling to they won`t taking return back the defective product. There is no proper response from the supplier to take back the product. kindly help in this matter.
