I purchased Nokia lumia 625 from homeshop18.there was a freebie with the product Nokia asha 305. My product was delivered to me but not freebies.I got a call from their relationship manager that freebie will not be provided and he talked rudely to me. Then I called to their customer care. They told me you will get the product add it is listed in three catalogue. They asked for 2 days time. After I called them they told me offer is not applicable. Then a call cane from relationship manager, he told me due to technical error it was showing as afreebie.and he apologised me and have a sorry voucher. Now its their error not mine. they have to provide me freebie. As I purchased my mobile 2000rs more than market price
