I have purchased a machine from Croma Retail chain vide invoice no. SLF02A022010011841 28.8.2011. From the Date of purchase, I am facing lots of trouble with this machine and lodged a complain several times. Now, from the last one year this machine giving me problems and not functioning properly and lodged a complained vide numbers 109611 & 113843, they have not resolve the problem yet, after month.

We have requested to replace a new washing machine with this faulty washing machine
