I had ordered 5 numbers of bedsheets online with HOMESHOP18 dated 6th June 2014 (order no. 646366749) out of these 5 no 3 bedsheets worth Rs. 1123 were out of specifications and not of the same quality as mentioned while purchasing. After discussing with the customer services I arranged to send these 3 bedsheets back to the seller (Varindavan Fabrics pvt. ltd Panipet).These bedsheets were sent by DTDC costing me Rs. 795.00 for 1 kg package.The courier was sent on 11th June 2014. I have asked for 100% refund of the product paid cost of Rs.1123.00 and Rs.795.00 courier charges totaling Rs.1918.00 Homeshop18 after several followups (I have also sent them the courier bill scanned copy)are not ready to refund me the total charges . I have refused to accept part payment or less payment. It looks like HOMESHOP18 has no good intentions to refund me the amount.

I have spent total Rs. 1918.00 (product charges: 1123.00 & courier charges of Rs. 795.00) I have suffered mental stress following up this matter several times on telephone and emails and knowing that HOMESHOP18 is making fool of me.
