I have requested for the cancellation of Reliance Netconnect+ number 939151xxx using below multiple service requests, but cancellation was not done. Service Request ID: 223375135 (On 8/3/2014) service request ID: 222400267 (On 7/8/20014) service request ID: 223365437 (On 8/3/2014) service request ID: 224049834 (on 8/21/2014) Again the customer care has opened one more new service request ID: 224448246 (On 08/31/2014) and you are saying that it will take another 14 days. I have paid the outstanding balance by 8th July’14 and requesting for the cancellation, but customer care is changing the billing plans instead of termination of the connection as I originally requested. They are keep on doing and opening new request again and again.

1. Immediate termination of my account with the Reliance Netconnect# 9391519xxx 2. Reversal of billing due amount as they billed without connection usage. 3. Take necessary action on this fraudulent activity of Reliance. 4. Compensate me for my time, money and mental stress.
