I had received a call from vodafone agency to get my prepaid connection to be converted to postpaid plan of 249 rupees with extra offers as 500 mb data usage and one number with unlimited calling for 3 months but aftr receiving the bill the charges were charged for both the services and the offers were not activated. The bill was fron 20 july 2014 -10 august 2014 of rupees 749. The bill needs to be revised but the customer care at vodafone are not solving the issue and even aftr 2 visits they havent done the needful.

I want the bill from 20 july2014 -10 august 2014 to be revised by deducting the charges charged for the non activated services even aftr being promised at the time of conversion of prepaid to postpaid .the security money for postpaid sim was charged as 250 rupees by smat steps outsourcing and placement pvt .ltd agency should be refunded back and the next bill from 10 august 2014 to 10 september 2014 should also be revised vith the same offers and not charged extra .
