i had purchased a plot on emi from above mentioned company and i was promised my plot after 2 years of completing emi . i paid a sum of rs.260000 ( two lakh sixty thousand) till 2008 and then company refused to accept the further amount and then refused to allot the plot . plot detail – 404(500 yards) pp town-1 nh-2

the first and all above all loss was financial loss and loss of investment and interest borne on the amount . and then the promised return was not given.
