we booked a ticket for ganagapur from hyderabad on for 25th july!but due to certain reasons we cancelled it.so according to makemytrip people,we are to get a refund of 480rs for the 720rs we paid.they told us that refund would be done by 12th of august!! but the money hasn’t reflected in our account even now!! we escalated the issue with their customer care,but there is no response from them! we want our issue resolved as soon as possible and better ban such websites!!

i just want my refund.i was very much satisfied with your support during my last complaint! thank you 🙂
