Homeshop18 – Not Replacing Defective Product

I have purchased a book worth Rs. 263 on July 21, 2014 and found it defective when delivered. I have sent it back to homeshop18 for replacement bearing the parcel charges (Rs. 68) myself. Customer care for homeshop18 keeps saying that they will provide refund within 5-6 working days, but I have not got any resolution till now.

Need my money back. (Rs. 331)
