i had ordered order no.958354881 placed with us dated 14th November 2014 for Grill, Roast, Bake – Nova Mini Electric Tandoor – NET NANO from homeshop18 online site(www.homeshop18.com).
when i received my order i found that it has earth leakage problem(it was giving electric shocks),so i informed this to Homeshop18 customer care the recollected the product and said that they will repair it within two or three days but now it is more than one week they did’t returned it back.when i call to their customer care about this they said we will call u back or the product is out of stock.

i want my 2000 rs back as soon as possible
