Dear Sir, I have purchased some imitation jewellyer from websit www. homeshop18.com vide order number 96257771 and sub order number 97105679 but due to bad quality of order I have asked them return the same and provide me refund of the same. There executive asked to pick up this product from my residence at ahmedabad but they came once to my actual residence based at jodhpur, rajasthan. Further I have requested them many time to kindly pick up the product from my residence based at B- 501, Riddhi Vinayak tower, Near vijay Nagar Railway crosing, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380013 or give me your address so I can courier you but every time they said I will receive a call in 48 hours but didn’t recd any call yet. I have raised complain on 22 january, 2015 with them but till today no body have pick up the package and didn’t given my money back. Kindly look into matter and provide me my money back with compensation.

I want refund of Rs. 1999 Plus Rs. 5000 compensation of trouble and multiple calling to them.
