Homeshop18 – Roti Maker severely damaged

I ordered a Berg Roti Maker worth rs 1500 from Homeshop18 on 13th of March (order num – 967213687). They delivered the product on 16th of april, that is 1 month later. The Product was severely damaged. I registered a complaint with them but instead of picking up the product.. They told me to courier it by post by my money and then they will send my money. I told them that i can’t do that.. They kept ignoring me by saying that “you will get a call back in 24-48 hours”. Today it has been more than 10 days but my issue is not resolved. Today when i called them and told them that i will go to the consumer forum.. They told me that they do not fear the consumer forum… I am very annoyed and i am in huge problems. Please solve my issue

I want the company to refund my 1500 rs. O also want a 500 rs compensation for my time which i lost and the problem which was caused, the rudeness of the Homeshop18 executive.
