HomeShop18 Sent Cheap Spice Mobile Instead of Lenovo

I am ashutosh kumar singh, resident of Patan City, Gujarat. on 21.05.2014 i ordered a Lenovo P780 8GB Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone – Black for Rs. 14099/- on the online website. They shipped it on the same day and sent me a courier tracking number AWB No: 700000506593 DOTZOT courier. Today i.e. 2405.2014 i got a call from courier company to pick up the product from their office, at DTDC Couriers tirupati market, Bagwada Darwaja Patan. I got the product from there and signed for it. When i opened the courier packet instead of Lenovo P780 mobile there was a Spice Mi504 mobile. The invoice inside was in the name of Shri Balwant Singh and the courier was meant to be sent to an address at Gandhidham, Gujarat. Also as per the invoice the order was placed on 13.04.2014 and was a COD(Cash on Delivery) order while i placed my order on 21.05.14 and made full payment through online account. Then I contacted the homeshop18 on their phone no. and email mentioned above. i also lodged a ticket through their website. Thereafter, i was assured of replacement.I got a call from Shri Darshan V. from No.08033161824. He asked me to send snapshots/photos of the product delivered.

I sent the photographs on his email id darshan.v@homeshop18.com. After some time i got another call that the product(Lenovo p780) was shipped from bangalore. The bangalore wareshouse only deals with lenovo and micromax mobiles, and the product i got is spice which is dealt with from Noida warehouse. He said that in no way a spice mobile can be shipped from bangalore and the right product has been delivered to me implying that i was lying. he further said that he has filed an FIR and the tracking of IMEI No. of spice mobile will take time. I asked him to track IMEI of my lenovo p780 mobile but again he said that it is not possible and only lenovo mobile has been delivered to me. It is to mention here that i particularly sent him the pictures of spice mobile delivered to me alongwith the invoice in which name and address of the Person for whom the spice mobile is meant i.e. Balwant Singh is mentioned. The order id of the product that is generated from homeshop18 website was also mentioned in the invoice. Now, they are saying no replcement can be made and i will have to wait. They cant pick up the wrong product delivered unless i establish that the wrong product is delivered to me. Now i have sent him all the photographs and copy of invoice on his e-mail darshan.v@homeshop18.com. What other way i have to establish that the wrong product is delivered to me. Please do the need ful. i am attaching the photographs for reference

I want the original product lenovo p780 8 GB mobile phone or i want my money back. The whole amount of money should be refunded back to me. Also, any other incidental charges that may arise in future due to the mistake made by the Homeshop18.com company should also be refunded.
