HOMESHOP18 sent faulty device DOMO SLATE X3G SE – Review

I purchased DOMO SLATE X3G SE from HOME SHOP 18 on 28 AUg 2013.Order No. 929690579 & Invoice No. HS18/Aug/13-14/0451 .Supplier’s reference 62371733.I received it on 31 Aug 2013 but when i checked it it was faulty. the fault is when we do call using this tab the person to other end can’t here clearly (very very low voice) & other is when we play video songs the sound’s frequency variates. I did contact to service center & sent it for repair on 6/09/2013 & got it after 22 days on 26/9/2013 . But the problem remains same . Service center enable to sort out problem in device. Then I contacted to HOME SHOP 18 about the device on 27/09/2013 . At first they told me that they will refund my money or will give replacement of device.But today they told me they can’t help me in this matter & suggested me to do cantact to the service center again to repair the product. If service center is enable to solve the problem in device & HOME SHOP 18 is refused to give refund . What do I do ? I want my money back. Mob. No. are 9595008757 , 8087065354 ,02425227934
