Airtel – Staff are calling and daily harassing for payment

I was using Airtel broadband service for 10 months and I never defaulted on any of the payment. In the moth of March,2013 I changes d my residence and ask them to shift my connection to the new place. After few days I got a call from Airtel mentioning that there is no port available at my new residence, so I asked them to disconnect the service in the month of March. But they kept sending me bills for 2 months and now asking me to pay the two months bills which I have not used their service. I always told them to disconnect the service which it seems they did not do for two months. Now they are calling me daily for the payment and saying they will take legal action.

I don’t want to pay for the service that I have not used and had ask them to disconnect when they said there is no port available at my new place
