I had purchased micromax canvas-HD new mobile on 17.05.2013 from jamnagar. on 21.07.2013 i found that mobile phone not getting started . So I submitted my mobile phone to micromax jamnagar service centre (DIVYA COMMUNICATION- 091- 9099413136) (WO- NO- W010415-0713-4620776). After continuous follow up from jamnagar service centre feed back received that internal parts not received from micromax main service centre. Micromax service centre phone I had tried so many times but only 2 times i can talk with micromax representative. I had also register my complain to micromax main service centre complaint no- 0108134783Micromax service centre behaviour is also very rude. When I asked them when my phone get repaired they just said that u called after every 15-20 days. I just asked what is the delay for phone repaire service centre person replied that phone may be get repaired by after 30-60-90 days n so on. I had tried so many times for the feed back of my mobile but no respose from customer care department. My customer care register complain no is 0108134783. On 3rd August,2013 I had talk with customer care Mr. Manoj around 12 to 12:30 Hrs, he simply told that call us after seven days we will tell you status of your mobile. Every time I am facing that customer executive behaviour is worst . He told me that you had register your complain in 1st august,2013 , it is just 2 days before. He told me that do not call daily call this no after 7 working days and we will inform you the status, your mobile phone may get repaired after 1-2 month. One week is the maximum time to repair any phone if we wish to do so.
As I allready mention you in the trailing mail either you repair my mobile phone in 2-3 days or replaced the mobile phone with new phone
