I ordered Liberty fortune Men Black Formal Shoe from Homeshop18 (Order no.920341495) on 21st December at a discounted price of Rs. 1300 (Original price Rs.2600). I got a message confirmation that the product will be delivered within 6-7 day. Then after every 3 days I used to get message that it will be delivered within next 3-5 days. This happened 3-4 times. So I raised a complaint (77917825) with Homeshop regarding the delay. Next day I got a call from them that your order has been cancelled & your amount will be refunded.

My complaint is that now I have lost other lucrative offers (there were similar year end offers on various websites) as I opted for Homeshop18. This has been a total hassle for me as it wasted my time, energy & also now I will need to buy the product at the market price causing me financial loss.

I want Homeshop18 to deliver my product (Liberty fortune Men Black Formal Shoe) at the committed price. Also they should now pay me additional compensation for the hassle caused
