I have purchased Omron H 8712 blood pressure monitor through online shopping from Homeshop18. I was placed order on date 15 February, 2016 and my order no was 987254155 the company supplied the product on 20 February 2016 . In the packing the cells are not in the box that I could not check the machine with in 48 hours. So I check the product after purchased cells 3-3-2016 than I found that machine not working properly and it was a defected peace. I complaint for this by phone to the company and my complaint no is 156721647 but I am very disappointed than company concerning person inform me that company not replaced the defected machine because I could not complaint for this in 48 hours and product have no guarantee. I also complaint from this by mail but company give me same reply.
In this situation I want to bring this fact to the Honable forum that same product (Omron H-8172 Blood pressure monitor) is available other online companies ( Flippkart / Snapdeal) in range of Rs 1250 with one year warranty and the same product is supplied by Homeshop 18 in RS 1408 and this is defected and company told me that product have no gurantee/waranty.
