We have purchased around hundreds of air circulator fans of sizes 600/750 mm from Almonard limited which has safety problem. The manufacturer have provided the grills has more gaps, which is resulting in the finger injury. One of my associate had met with the finger injury while accidentally finger went inside the grills and the blades cut the finger resulted in the major injury. I have called the company on same day of causing this injury. They have not responded properly. They have given their General Manager’s Mr. Chandrasekhar email id to send the complaint to him. I Have emailed the same on 10th February 2016. But no one have responded to us till date. Under section 2 (v) of consumer protection act 1986, the products manufactured by the manufacturer should not cause body injury to the consumer. So i hereby requesting you to take action and provide us the remedy for the same.

They have to provide or weld the grills, so that the body parts should not touch the fan blades. And they have to improve the same safety point to be added in all their fans manufacturing / manufactured by them
