My name is R. vinodraja account is in ICICI Bank, My compliant is that while 23th Dec evening Nearly 9pm near by house aali village ATM Machine(canara bank) while with draw the amount from ATM Amount was detect from my account but actually from ATM Machine show error and hang. Next morning i compliant to the ICIC BANK regarding this they given a service request no is SR394513894 dated on 24 december after one week i ask regarding my money they told it will take another 15 days they given for service request no SR95752534 dated 04-01-2016 and again i went to bank to ask my money what happen they say we are request to give me return satement regarding video footage i return compliant also given but still date i did not get my money Rs 5000 nearly two months over.
