Dear Sir, I have purchased one Sofa-cum-Bed and a Center Table from Home Town (GIP Mall, Noida. My SO No. is 200009719, Dated 7th. April 2013 at 15.20pm). That time they told us they will give me late delivery (17.04.2013) because they have not stock. After that they have not called me. When passed the delivery date, I called them 20.04.13, first time they had not receive my call, after so many times they received my call and told me they will call me later (because I called them in call center no. because they given that no. on there bill). But they did’t. After a day (21.04.2013) I called them so many times, but not received the call; after sometime they receive my call and I got there GIP Mall Phone No. When I call them they told me there was some problem in there system, so they can’t track the order. They apologize for that and told me they will deliver my order within two day. That Two day gone. They have not contact yet. I have paid Full Amount in advance Rs. 21,000+. Now I have lost faith about Home Town and their Callus Employee. Now I think to cancel my Order and want to back my money with interest. Thanks and Regards; Sanjoy Ghosh
