i had bought a bed from this vendor..he asked for complete payment before delivery and denied to assemble the bed at his shop. When assembled at house,the front panel was oversized,which was clearly visible as defective… then we returned the bed to shop but he denied to refund amount as well as denied to rectify it…….said that it is not his fault but his mechanic fault and we have to pay another 2000 for repairs to be done and we didn’t agreed to that…….in this way he kept the money with him for 4 months. then i went to meet him personally in march as i stay in delhi and the case was previously handled by my sister…… then he agreed to provide another bed and asked to pay the difference amount plus 2000 for replacement…..then also we agreed to it so that it gets resolved……. when my sister went to take the delivery of replacement bed we informed him that we would pay him difference amount after the bed gets assembled at my house,,,,he agreed to that but next day he refused to his terms and said that make the payment first and then he will deliver the bed…. In this way we first invested 17000 and again 4000 with any guarantee of the product…. He has kept my money for 5 months with him
