This email is a reference to the mail I send you last year in August 2018 regarding the problem I am facing with my Honda Activa 125. The problem is that it got major starting trouble. It needs to be kick started a couple of times before it starts. After complaining about this last year , you did provide me with a service and for couple of months it was alright . But now I am facing the same problem again and I am really getting frustrated that I spended so much money on it already and I am unable to use it.

So I only see two options in front of me . First option is that you take back the scooter and try to fix it with a good mechanic . I have a doubt that whether any petrol is going into the carburetor which causes the starting trouble. Second option is that refund me. Since I don’t need a scooter If can’t drive it. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
