I and my brother Mohit had purchased two HONDA Activa from rapid auto on 24th march, 2014. Mr. Abhishek representing as the owner of Rapid Auto promised us to provide us all the necessary documents pertaining to the vehicles i.e. the registration copy, RC book, insurance copy, RTO receipt, and the two wheeler’s sell letter within two to three weeks of purchase. Lured by false promises, we had transferred the entire amount of one lac twenty three thousand rupees to Rapid auto on 24th march 2014 itself. But unlikely to his promises made we didn’t received our RTO Registered Numbers till three months. after a lot of harassment by Mr. Abhishek Mehta and going through alot of mental harassment issues for three months, we got are registration and RTO receipt, sell letter and insurance copy. but still our RTO smart Card RC book is still pending. we even went to the TARDEO RTO Office and made inquiries as to why aren’t we receiving our RC book still, to which we were responded by the official that the amount for the smart card haven’t been paid since 20th June 2014. on contacting Abhishek over the issue, he still is falsely promising us that he would do the needful in next two weeks.

I just need justice and compensation for all those mental harassment and mental torture he has implicated over us. moreover i would want an entire refund of my amount from Rapid auto. I had purchased the vehicle from my hard earned money after quite a long time, and this is the way i was treated, rather cheated by this false promising dealers. please help me get
