Dear Sir/Mam, We sold a ACTIVA from CN Honda,Ranchi,Jhardkhand, From the beginning scooters is troubling,we are complained to dealer,central office,regional office after all problem is not solved.Last one year we are harassing very badly. Problem is bellow………. 1.Engine noise. 2.Mileage problem..it’s give 30 to 35 km/ltr.(they assure 60 km/ltr. 3.vibrating problem. 4.Damage speed&fuel meter. 5.Spring & shocker is not work properly. 6. low pick-up. 7. At-least 30 to 40 times submit the sooty in his different workshop,not solve the problem, they damage the scooter also. 8.At-least 50 day’s submit the scooter and harassing every time…today to marrow…3 day’s/7 day’s …we are harassing financially physically. 9.Starting problem. 10.In the starting when the running in the watery road accelerator take up poison & not work. 11.We have also paid almost Rs-5,000.to company. 12.So many accessories parts was missing/damage from the day first.
