Voltas AC – Water Leaking – No Customer Care

I purchased AC on 14/11/2012. It was installed by company person Xavier-Jhon. The outer Fan was not fixed perfectly. They used only two screw instead of four screw. Water leakage problem occurred in May 2013. I make a complain on 30.05.2013 & comp. no.13MY3011465. Techniciann visited on 1/6/2013. He again visited on 5/6/2013 and taken the photograph of Ac. I contacted call center on 21/6/2013 talked Vivek Tahakur, 24/6/2013 Vaibhav, 27/6/2013 Vaibhav,27/6/2013 Manager Vikas, Sandip 27/6/2013. Again I make a complain comp no.130C0500156. I talked Santosh 16/10/2013. In the mean while two free service done by technician but both the time he didn’t checked the Outer Unit. I complained about the service center “Pearls Refrigeration Services” negligence and ask to cancel license. But no action was taken. Winter season started and I didn’t run the AC. When I started run my AC in Feb 2014 since then water leakage problem occurred again. On 13/7/2014 I asked for service. Technician came on 14/7/2014 and informed about the gas leakage

Firstly it should be checked is it Fault/Defective AC. Secondly It is the fully negligence service provider so they must ask refill gas upto recommended level free of cost and make sure that the above mentioned problems shall not happen again. Since the last two service was not completed in correct manner, two free service shall be provided free of cost with extended warranty. If they can not fulfill the requirement then return my money with interest.
