I am using Tata Photon Max wifi device and my Tata Photon no is 9225627xxx. The internet speed is worst for which i have already registered a complaint on 27th Jun 2014. Whenever i call the customer service desk, they say you will get a call from our tech support within 24 hours. It has been more than 20 days, i haven’t got any call from their end. They have a policy that they do not take their device back. I want to return this device and get my money back and also punish them for not addressing the customer issue. Need your help on the same. I have also got my first bill. Kindly help me..
