Honda Activa Scooter – Customer’s Performance Review

I Mayur Vasant Gada have purchased Honda Activa from your showroom. The booking was done at Fort Main Office and the delivery of the vehicle was taken from your Sewri Godown. The Vehicle No. is HR55R2711 Chasis No. 7463866 and Engine No. 70463961. The said active purchased is giving problems right from Day 1 as it is not working properly and it stops in between the road where there are no mechanics also. I had brought this complaint on the second day of purchase to your Godown at Sewri and I was directed to your service center at Cotton Green and was told to meet Mr. Guru the main in charge and he would solve the problem. I visited there and told him the reasons and he told me to leave the vehicle there for a day and he check and address the problem. Next I got a call and he told me that there was some engine problem and he has solved it. After taking the delivery the bike again stopped working after 2 days. I again approached him again the same thing he said to leave the vehicle there for a day and he check and address the problem. Again the next day he called me and told me that he has solved the problem. Again after a week the same thing happened. This time I told him to replace the bike and he said that it happens sometimes but there is no such major problem. I had also carried out the 1st service within 15 days so that if any problem is there it would get solved but that also did not happen. After the first service the bike worked fine for 5 days but again the same problem arised. This time I approached one of your service Center A 1 at Mazgaon and when they check they told that the spark plug had to be replaced and I told them to replaced it. After 2 days again the bike stopped working and again I took it to A 1 service center at Mazgaon again they said that the spark plug is to be replaced and again I told them to replace it. I had to incur expenses for that without my fault as the spark plug that your center installed was a fault one. The next service was in April and after the service was done again on second day the bike stopped working. These things are happening every week since 25th November, 2013 and still no one is there to look after the problem. Most recently the 3rd Service was carried out on 18.07.2014 and at time also I had told the engineer / mechanic that the bike is not working properly and it stop in between while riding on the road and the engineer / mechanic ensured me that he will take care of the same and solve the problem but again on Monday 21.07.2014 my sister took the bike and the bike stopped in between the road and since I had registered for the Honda Shield Road side assistance and when I contacted them he told it will take 15 minutes to arrange for a mechanic and after that the mechanic will reach after 45 minutes. The mechanic came at 9.20 pm yesterday and I had called your Road side assistance office at 8.10 pm. The mechanic came and he checked and tried everything he said that the bike is not

New Activa and company takes back the default activa. Also compensation amount of Rs. 5,00,000 for harassing me for the past 9 months inspite of complaint and bring to the notice of the dealer
