Dear Team, Kindly look in to my complaint as i have bought your Company’s vehicle ” Honda Active” on 28/8/2014 from your Authorized dealer in Jalandhar-Raga Motors. But from the day of purchase,i am facing problem with the performance of the vehicle. After 2-3 days of purchase,the engine starts giving some noises.and that noises increases day by day I, then after 7 days of purchase,i visited the service center of “Raga Motors” at Jalandhar.The mechanic there told that there is some minor problem in the “tabet” needs to be tightened.After that he done some repair and asked me that your service is also due and you should get the Due service done and this will definitely resolve the issue. Then,i agreed to get the service done but even after doing service,the same problem can’t be resolved.Then the mechanic told me that the the gear set may be loose and its” pitch” was not getting matched.So,he advice me to drive the vehicle for some days and the Pitches of the Gear Set will be matched. Then i came back and drive that vehicle.But after 2 days of service,the engine began to give loud noises.Then again we visited the Raga Motors service center and told them that the issue is not resolved.Then they finally told me that the engine needs to be repaired as there is a “Manufacturing Defect” in the Gear Set and that needs to be repaired.But i refused to that because i have purchased a brand new vehicle from the Show room. If i have to get it repaired after 10-15 days of purchase then what is the purpose of buying a new vehicle.The Service Manager there, Mr Naresh Sharma not able to understand my problem.He just told me that he can’t help any more in this matter I just wants that if there is a manufacturing defect in the vehicle,then vehicle should be replaced with new One. I have bought Honda’s product on trusting the Brand and quality of the company but now,i have a bad experience due to this incident.Kindly resolve my matter

Due to this problem,i am going through a mental harassment as i have contacted the dealer’s office so many time for solution but every time,they are just asked me to repair the vehicle and not ready to listen to me. i have purchased this vehicle for my father as due to old age they are not able to drive geared scooter.
