Honda Car Clutch Issue

We faced again clutch issue in our Honda Amaze Car, this is second time we are facing clutch issue from the date of purchase (Feb’2014). Dealer and Honda Company is not accepting this manufacturing defect and penalising the customer.Every year do the customer needs to spend thousands of rupees for the mistake of Honda?

Honda is penalising the customer for their manufacturing defect. Honda is asking to pay Rs. 35,000 for the clutch issue. I need Honda to replace the clutch without any cost from me.
