I purchased Honda City from Prime Honda – Vaishali. They offered me before the deal that there will be a scratch coupon with some interest rate and same interest rate will be applicable on my loan amount for 1 yr. The amount difference calculated on the basis of interest rate difference will be given back to me. I kept on asking them for the scratch coupon right from booking to delivery of the car. Finally after lot of follow-ups , I luckily got 7.5% ROI and their executive – Nishat Bahadur calculated the amount of Rs 13330/- and promised that they will soon provide the cheque for the same (refer to proof attached duly signed by Nishat Nahadur) Now they are giving lame excuses and denying the amount.
