On date 06.08.13, at around 6.50 AM, I have tried to withdraw amount INR 9000 from HDFC Bank ATM, located at Rly Stn Palwal, Haryana, but the transaction failed and I have not received any amount. Also amount has been deducted from my account. I have contacted to SCB customer care for the same on date 06.08.13, and the complain number is 201308032747, but they have responded that it will be resolved in 7 working days. After waiting for long time I again have complained on dated 30.08.13, to customer care and the complain number 201308177318.Also Mail communication reference with bank is KMM15148169V76704L0KM.
